He has experience in a wide range of legal areas, including estate planning, bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal law and family law. In addition to this civil law office, Mr. Bacarella is also the prosecutor for Iosco County. He serves as a director of the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan (PAAM).

Maria A. Bacarella is an attorney licensed in both Michigan and Texas. She has practiced immigration law in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas for several years. She also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy, eviction defense, and child welfare proceedings. Her practice focuses on making the legal process less emotionally taxing by working in a trauma informed manner.
